The College of Agriculture, Padannakad is arranged in Kasaragod, the northern-most locale of Kerala. The school was built up in the year 1994, as the third rural school under the Faculty of Agriculture of the Kerala Agricultural University. From that point forward it has imagined an extensive variety of change and advancement in scholarly, research and extension needs of the Northern Zone of Kerala. At present there are 21 divisions working in the College.
The school offers four year proficient degree program in Agriculture, B.Sc.Hon.(Ag.) Current admission limit for undergrad system is 50. From the scholarly year 2011-12, the school is additionally offering Post Graduate Programs in Agronomy, Soil Science and Agricultural Entomology.
